Delete your ClariSight account

You can permanently delete your account in the app or send us a deletion request without reinstalling ClariSight.

Delete in the app

1. Open ClariSight and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then Account & Security.
3. Select Delete Account and complete the confirmation.

Request deletion by email

Email truestclarity@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Delete my ClariSight account. If your account uses a phone number instead, include that number and do not include passwords, one-time codes, or payment details. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Data deleted

Account profile data, saved reading history, phone-password data, account-owned public reading links, and other account content are deleted or de-identified as part of the deletion process.

Data that may be retained

Limited purchase, entitlement, security, fraud-prevention, and anti-abuse records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or service-integrity purposes. These records are not used to restore a deleted account's reading history.

Processing

We usually acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for a legitimate security or payment dispute.
