Overview

ClariSight is a personal reflection and entertainment app operated by TruestClarity. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address, optional phone number, display name, and user ID.
• Questions, casting details, readings, history, feedback, and public shares you choose to create or save.
• An optional profile photo when you choose to upload one.
• Purchase and subscription status provided by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card number.
• Basic device, installation, usage, network, and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, and maintain the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide app functionality, sync reading history, authenticate accounts, process purchases and subscriptions, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and protect the service from fraud and abuse. When you request a full reading, the question and casting information needed to generate that reading may be processed by an AI service provider. We do not include your account email or phone number in that AI prompt.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers for authentication and cloud storage, app hosting, AI reading generation, purchase processing, error monitoring, messaging, and customer support. These providers receive information only as needed to provide their services. Public reading links contain the reading content you choose to share and can be opened by anyone with the link until they expire or you revoke them.

Security and retention

We use encrypted network connections for data sent between the app and our service providers. Account and reading data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Public reading links expire after 30 days. After deletion, limited purchase, entitlement, security, and anti-abuse records may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or service-integrity purposes.

Your choices

You can clear reading history in the app and delete your account from Account & Security. You can also request deletion without reinstalling the app by following our account deletion instructions. For other privacy questions, email truestclarity@gmail.com.
